when we talk about 40 hadith by Imam Nawawi, most of us thinking there's too much of reading. yeah, it is but complaining too much is not a good action to digest the knowledges. Including me, at a first glance i felt so forced into it but time by time i had felt much exposure and started doing this by pleasure. Here some summary that i got from reading. just intend to share and it's all yours either to accept or decline.

FIRST : Intention

1. it may be a little practice to be great just because of faith and there is a great practice to be great just because of intention.
2. every action starts from intention. a great action done not because of Allah, such action is useless.

SECOND and THIRD : Islam, faith, courtesy and miniature signs of doomsday
1. 5  principles of islam ( a muslim will turn into heathen when disobey the principles)
2. 6 principles of faith
3. what is meant by courtesy? the answer is, we do an Ibadah with a trust that Allah's seeing us and vice versa.
4. there's mainly two miniature signs of doomsday :
 # when a mother gave birth to a rebellious child
 # when poor people turn into moneybags

FOURTH
1. there are four things that had been determined for us which is fate, death, spouse as well as islamic practices. 1 thing left to be pursued, FAITH.

FIFTH
1. dont you ever change the elements in islam. islam is perfect while us is damnly imperfect. there's no knowledge above Allah's.
